Perm Banned.

While on another file on the forums, I recieved a perm ban notice. I send kantorek and xarfox a Private message and they tell me to check my email then send in a ticket, I do so and the email claims I've been permently banned. Although I can still access the forums, how is my file still perm banned if I can still access these forums? I had no notice of me breaking ToS and reading ToS I have done nothing to breach them in anyway. I am making this thread that will surely get closed and recieve a post saying 'Send in a ticket regarding this and wait for a reply', Contacting a GM like xarfox and kantorek in a private message was my ticket in my opinion. Two of the most known GM's on this game recieving my message claiming my ordeal and telling them of my questions, should surely give me a reply back on a private message as to the situation. I do understand they may not handle these cases, but some more insight and a more curious and caring reply may have eased my feelings on this matter instead of a simple ' Send in a ticket '. I'm not sure what I am trying to achieve with this thread honestly, I am feeling a little worried because I have put time and real money into this game, I feel as a paying member and at that a playing member I should recieve a more honest and caring reply. The email recieved should also be more precise on my actions, what ToS did I apparently break and what proof at that. If it was a forum action, then forum punishment should be put to play. I would feel better being banned from the forums, rather then banned from the game. I'm not here to cry and make a thread saying they should un-bann me, I'm just writing on this thread my feelings on the matter and such. I tried my best to keep this thread clean from what was said and who said what, I hope that I will not be perm banned and I hope to get a reply from a ticketing message soon and not in a week or so. I would like it if any GM could send me a private message to deal with this matter, I understand you are very busy and may not be able to reply to me or anyone at that matter. Also, if I still get no reply tonight or tomorrow evening. I am curious on where I can find the customer supports phone number, Text is one thing. Hearing someone talk and talk about the issue on the phone in a more in-depth way is much different. I can only explain my feelings on the matter and what happened to such a certian extent with text, so hopefully a GM will read this and send me a phone number to reach customer support in a private message or a GM handle this with me in a private message.

The Private Message system isn't built to conduct Customer Service inquiries, which is why you were redirected to the Ticketing System.

Sorry but I will also have to refer to the ticketing system. Ban issues are not discussed on the forum. As to Xarfox and Kantorek I imagine they simply can not discuss.
