GM please read and respond -- paypal problem

this is an alternate account of mine. i bought some zen and got the paypal payment confirm email, saying that yes, i paid 20 bucks to pwe. problem is on the pw website, the purchase history is empty and there is no activity on my transfer zen to server page. the zen i bought is not anywhere on there, not being reviewed, not being refunded, not completed, it is just NOT THERE. ive sent a few tickets already and i am getting no response.
