single server maintenance?

im a frequent on sancuary but i play other servers too and sanc lags like no other th lags rampent and comes in spikes i occasionally see people complaining about getting disconnected ..... even my own guild members complain about it and i was thinking take sanc offline for a while and see what the problem is if thats impossable then dont worry i can handle the lag and deaths xD but i doubt the others will be as understanding
