fb79 questions

OK so I'm level 79. Some questions.

1) Can I get all of this out of the way at this level, or are there quests I need to return to fb79 later to complete. ie should I delay doing fb79?

2) Ive heard that there is a quest similar to the 20/20/20 in fb69. I searched web pages though and couldnt find it. Does anyone know the name of this quest or who gives it? Is this done like the fb69 quest beforehand, and then do the "main" run with tabs later.

3) I notice to get one of my tabs I need to finish the cultivation quest quick involves killing a mob in fb79 called Brigade Transendant, but I am unable to find any info about this mob in any database. Can it be solo'd (with herc) beforehand (maybe with 20/20/20?), or should this be part of the "main run" and I exit fb79 temporarily to get my tab (like fb51).

4) Am I missing any other tabs? I currently have 2 fb79 tabs in the bank, and this tab I get after culti will make 3. Is there a fourth tab I havnt discovered?

5) Anything else I should know? I'm a level 79 veno with a fully levelled herc if that's relevant. And I'm currently up to Linus the woeful in my expansion quest.

    1) one stage of wraiths ploy also requires a boss in fb79 but you can start doing that quest before you get to 79 so this shouldnt pose much of a problem (Edit: oh you're on this part already, even less of a problem)
    2)i believe one of the npcs on nightscream gives 202020 in fb79 but this time its totally separate from the fb, no need to do it beforehand
    3)its Brigand Transient and its one of the bosses, part of the main run
    4) youll need to go out during the run after defeating two other bosses (not the brigand) to get a tablet and quest for Linus the Woeful, altogether should be 4 tabs: 2 for some 2 lower bosses, 1 for Transient and 1 for Linus

    id guess all of it is soloable with herc, since it can be done with a tank under 79 and one cleric..:)
    but i'd recommend taking someone to guide you so you dont run around in circles
