2.39 service fee WTF!

ok I recently just bought a Ultimate gaming Card from 7-11 to put on my Zen Account for PWI and when I entered the code and pressed submit it said I had to put in 2.39 ALSO? WTF why is there a fricking service fee on a $10 dollar gaming card, I already paid for.b:angry

    ok im sorry i pressed the wrong button and choose paybycash.com and didn't see the Ultimate Gaming Card selection, my badb:surrenderb:sweat
