Paypal confirmation emails

A few minutes ago after purchasing some zen through the item mall system I got the following email (twice, even though I'd only placed 1 order) from PWE Billing Department (billing@perfectworldinc.com).

*EDITED BECAUSE PWE EMAILS SHOULD NOT BE POSTED ON THE FORUMS*

I was sort of curious, is this supposed to happen ? I haven't had to do anything like this in previous F2P games and I was a bit concerned with the question for my secret question's answer, plus the fact that I got 2 of the same emails, so.. am I supposed to fill this out or not ? ^_^;

    I've also stumbled with the same thing. However, I really don't remember the answer to my secret question. Is there any way to check it out? I've even checked back to my registration emails and there is no info whatsoever. I don't even remember choosing the superhero question...

    Some help will sure be grateful.

    Just send the customer service department a ticket. There is a process you have to go through in order to find that out if you do not remember the answer. You should always remember your security question because it is used for not only vrification purposes but if you need to change your password, it is required then as well.
