Seriously Need Help

ok, so one day my perfect world game crashed. the next day i couldnt launch it. i thought there was something that had been corrupted with the installation. so i uninstalled it re-downloaded it and then re-installed it. but still whenever i try and launch the updater, client it wont connect to the server. i still have internet i just cant update it so i cant play the game. i have no idea what to do anymore PLEASE help me

    did you try patching manually?
    also, before your client crashed, did you install anything?
    if so, did you try uninstalling that software and then reinstalling the game?
    did you do a virus check already?

    ok thanks for the help i uninstalled it again made sure everything was out. uninstalled everything that i downloaded after i installed the client and will update it manualy this time, also i ran 3 virus checks and the 1st only came up with 1 small thing that i fixed. im gonna see if this works
