when can i upgrade a skill on my pet

I know that the skills my pets have can be upgraded using a scroll(200k) by the zoologist. However someone told me you can only upgrade the skill at certain times. What are those times and when would you know you could upgrade it? I have a snow hare right now, but dont know when i can upgrade its skills. Is it at different levels, such as 20, 30, 40 on the pet?

Also is there a list somewhere of all the skills you can learn for your pets and what they do?

    every 20 levels, at lv 80 your pet can learn lvl 5 skills.

    Goto the zoologist and choose "pet skill upgrade" (i think) then click the "skill tree" icon at the bottom of the page (same as your characters skills page)

    ps. your pet heal upgrades every 10 levels 13/23/33/etc till 93 I beleive.

    how many times can i buy the 200k scroll to upgrade my pet's skill?

    as often as your pet has a skill thats available to be upgraded.
