Just curious what level you need to be to talk in world chat without buying a Telecoustic thing. The beginner's guide on the PWI website only talked about the Telecoustic, but in game if you try to talk it says something about not being a high enough level or not having a Telecoustic.

    You need to be lvl 10, and you use 1 teleacoustic per chat. That's the only way to talk on there.
