trouble logging in?

is any one else having trouble logging in i keep getting a error message saying the aplication failed to initialize properly

    i have trouble to start the game.
    after i log into the character selection, press start, and the game freezes there.
    the green bar at the bottom stay at around 40%. plz help me how to fix this, i wanna play ^^
    btw. i use Vista and i been playing it, it just happened today.

    alright so i logged in i decided 2 put graphic setting somewhat high i thought my laptop could handle it.
    Then comp froze so i rebooted
    i try 2 log in it says account is currently in use. so i guess ill wait like a couple hours i posted this like 20 min after it happend

    If you get the message that account is in use be sure to check the box "Force Log" at login screen.
