Aim Low vs Stunning Arrow

So after looking at the archer guides and after getting aim low, I was wondering,is Aim Low really worth maxing since I'll be getting Stunning arrow in the future? I mean,I can't really use aim low much unless I build up a spark beforehand but from what I've read stunning arrow doesn't cost any spark at all. So unless I'm missing something, wouldn't it be better to just keep aim low at level 1 and then max stunning arrow when I can since I'm on a PVE server?

Aim low is more useful in TW.

aim low lasts longer than stunning arrow, and can be useful (for example) when you are in a squad and need to help your cleric run from something.

But i use stunning arrow frequently and aim low infrequently, and have not maxed either of them, yet.

Stunning arrow is used in those situations where:

    A) you have time to channel
    B) Cant afford to give up one spark.

At least, those are the two deciding factors for me.

Both are worth maxing IMO. Or at least 5-6 levels on aim low. It has about 90% chance to hit, even from lv 1. That is much more reliable than stunning around to kill increased life and increased defense monsters. Paralyzing is essentially stunning if your range is higher than the enemies. And for around 7 secs with barely a chance to miss? And it costs less mana than stun shot to boot. You just use both.

Aim low benefits from the longer duration and lower channeling time. However, at lower levels (below 60), there's little reason to upgrade the skill as level 1 (5.3 seconds) is sufficient for most purposes. But as you get higher, you may find it beneficial to upgrade the skill as increased life mobs become harder to kill.

If it's any indication, I did max Aim Low at 75, but I didn't start upgrading it until 67 or so.

They are both essential in PvP and PvE. Stunning arrow is great for it's no chi use, but aim low can make your oponent freak out and pull out their hair.

Little aim low trick I would like to share with you all:
    1. Stunlong range enemy (wizard/cleric/veno (assuming you can deal with a nix somehow) from max range.
    2. Aim low enemy.
    3. Move back 2-3m(which is like 1inch on the screen).
    4. Turn around and shoot
    5. Watch enemy sit there unable to hit you back due to lack of range, and imagine them pulling their hair out.
    6. Do the lulz.

This works pretty well against most enemies since the only enemy that has long enough range to atk back is another archer or a wizard with 89+ gush and pyrogram. The other 2 caster classes won't be able to do anything even with 89+ skills since their range is around 28m.

Doing this, if you use rock powders, you can manhandle venos since you won't need to deal with their magic damage while your phy defense is like 30k and the nix barely itches.
