Banned Again And Again

this is the 3rd damn time in 2 days ive been banned. im not doing ANYTHING to violate the rules, and finally i go to another higher level member for help and i get a 1440 minute ban, doing nothing but talking to him. something is seriously wrong and id like for some sort of resolution. im just trying to play the game and have a good time, and tech is giving me absolutely no help AT ALL. just telling me to "wait it out". at this rate, ill have spent more time in the game banned than actually playing. i cant figure out how to get in touch with someone who actually has the authority, or the motivation to solve this so im posting here hoping someone can help me. im pretty sure this qualifies as a technical problem because if its not then someones out to get me

    According to our records you're not banned. In general, however, we do not discuss bans on the forums. Please submit a ticket to customer support regarding issues with bans.
