Crafting problem

I did the lvl 50 or so quest that crafters do and i still cant seem to raise my crafting skill to lvl 4 i am a apothecary and a cleric but for some reason it wont raise can anyone please tell me why or what to do im so frustrated ty b:cute

    Have you crafted enough in level 3 pots to have level 4?

    Finishing the quest just means you can open level 4 when you finish crafting enough level 3 pots....

    I did i can go any further in my crafting it wont budge and it seems odd to me its happened to a few other people and they dont know what to do either . hehe of course ill be nice lol b:laugh

    Try speaking with the elder...you have to "open" the skill...coins/spirit.

    As long as you have your skill book...like learning any other new skill.

    you gotta buy a book near dreamweaver like dreamweaver outskirts or something from this guy. it costs like 50k and you need to have it in your inventory when you talk to an elder to upgrade to lvl 4. sorry i dont have exact coordiantes or npc name

    Here is the quest....

    Path of Apothecary

    Required LVL: 50
    Start NPC: Herb Gatherer of Dreaming,Outskirts, Huajen (618, 390)
    Reward: Exp (500)

    Speak with Huajen again to view his Merchandise List and buy the item "Apprentice Pharmacist" for 52,500 gold.

    With the item "Apprentice Pharmacist" in your inventory, speak to the "Elder" to learn your level 4 Pharmacist skill.

    i tried to go to the elder thinking ok maybe i missed something and the elder wouldnt talk to me about anything at this point . you sead something about the crafting book? i did the quest for that in younger lvls do i have to get another book? and as far as training the skill i cant get it to go higher its so wierd
