I bought some Guardian Angels,
I bought some pixels.
I bought a magazine,
I bought a bunch of paper.
I bought a house,
I bought a bunch of bricks and wood.
I bought tickets to a concert,
I bought some vibrations in the air.
How silly of me to have bought all these useless things.

    I suppose this is relatively clever....but the house part kinda ruins it. Nothing useless about owning your own home.

    Unless the mortgage is higher than current value of the house.

    Um, actually, that is the point. Viewed as a pile of bricks and wood (and hopefully a bit of metal) that has no permenance as it will surely erode over time, the house has no more value than any of the other things in the list. Viewed, instead, as something the buyer wants to have and will use as long as it does last, what is the difference from any of the other items on the list?
