I have searched high and low for info on how to collect any of the 10 seals of strength, wisdom dexterity etc,

someone please tell me how this one is supposed to work before i loose all patiance

Maiya - Lost City

I haven't talked to that NPC in forever. But Signs are made from 10 Badges of the same kind.

For instance, Sign of Strength requires 10 Badges of Strength.

Badge of Strength - The Arena - Currently not working I believe.
Badge of Endurance - Dragon Palace - A level 60+ event that occurs every Tuesday at 8PM PST / 11PM EST.
Badge of Speed - Snake Island Race - Occurs every day, twice. You can only go to one daily. I don't remember the times, but there is a red alert in game when it occurs, saying the race is open.
Badge of Bravery - ? - Seems to be luck from the database.
Badge of Wisdom - Cube of Fate?
Badge of Dexterity - Forest Ruin - ? Don't know if it's implemented.

If there are any others, I don't know them.

thats a DQ reward for 5 copper, or 5 silver, or 1 gold order
I think there are seven signs so there is one more type of badge
