Update/Connection Problems

Ok so I've been having this problem for a while now. When I run element client it says "Update Connection Server Fails Please Try Other Server." and it says "page cannot be displayed" on the right side So during the 86 patch I did it manually but still got that error and tried running the game anyway and it worked. So now I tried doing the 93 patch manually and it says it installed but now when I run the game it says "Unable To Connent To Server." Any ideas on what I can do?

Sounds like it could be a network connection issue, and/or you need the latest version of Flash installed.

ok well I have the latest version of flash player installed. And the only thing under the other link that might work for me is using the direct ip of the lost city server and changing the router port but im not sure if that will work either and i would rather leave that as a last resort. Also i dont know if this will help but the same time this problem occured firefox and opera can't connect either so the only browser i can use is IE. Also i am running on vista

Never mind i fixed it... It was because i had an antivirus program that was corrupted (symantec).
