I am to stupid to play this game

I want to buy an expasion stone, no big deal. After about an hour of looking I found where I can buy Zen using PayPal, I did that. Went to the online game store and clicked buy the stone.. nothing happened. Back to reading, found out you have to now move the Zen from somewhere to the server you want to use it on, did that. Went back to the store and clicked on the stone, NOTHING, what do I have to do please!!
