    We don't have a non-East Asian Language PC here in the office to verify the solution you offer, although we have downloaded and verified that the files do not contain viruses.

    Step 1. Download the file :)

    Step 2. Unzip the files.

    Step 3. Locate the file called "CHINAS.BAT" and open it, a black box should appear and quickly install the nessasary files needed into the windows registry.

    Step 4. Start the game and you should be able to update. :)
