    Yeah, ppl are getting rude. On the other hand even an update saying your not sure when the servers will be up would be polite as well, not to mention a little more professional. The update said an hour longer than usual. It's now been two. You can't expect ppl, many of whom put money into the game to not be upset and some to be rude if you can't even post an update when things go even further off schedule. Sorry, but anyone that has worked any kind of customer service knows customer are for the most part asses, so the best thing to do is not give them more opportunities to be asses.

    Yeah, you want to see unprofessional? Try MUonline, before it was taken over by K2Network, plays alot like diablo with random errors, and stuff that isn't in plain english, it also claims to be "FULL 3D roleplaying online EXPERIENCE" When it's only played in two dimensions..
