is refining transfer even possable in pwi ?
Honestly the only reason i blew the gold to get +4 on my old weapon during teh refining sale was because i assumed i could trasfer it to my new weapon. most people not even shure if the chienkin stone that exists is eveyother version even exist in pwi.

Can you even get them ? says i need 28 to transfer +4

    They are not in the game yet. Always research before you do things. I only make my stuff +3 since getting to +3 is cheap and easy.
