Bound Fashion & Pigments

I bound my fairy dress, unsure if it was able to drop in PvP situations...
Does anyone know if fashion can actually drop or not?

Another question I have is: Since my fashion is bound, will I be able to use pigments to dye it? I would rather keep it turquoise than destroy it ><

    Just an update, since no one gave me an answer lol...

    I have not bought any pigments yet, but I did go to the Seamstress in Dreamweaver Port and after I unequipped my dress, it did allow me to place it in the "dye clothes" window and it said 0/6 required pigments. I plan on purchasing some pigments as soon as I find some suitable colors. So I assuming that it is allowable b:pleased

    Yes, fashion can indeed drop if you are pk'd..
    No idea about the dyeing situation though ^^ b:surrender
