Where are all the cool-looking flying tools?

On the Malaysian servers, there are the following flying tools:

-Saint God, flying sword (big golden sword that is shiney n stuff O_o)

-Seraph Wings, wings (forget the actual name but they are actually 6 wings that glow blue)

I forget the other one, but why doesn't PWI have these? They could all be used at level 20, but they were a tad more expensive.


So why don't we have them?

    New stuff is being released slowly so people buy them then upgrade when the next one comes out. This stops people from simply skipping everything and going for the best things and lower profits.
