can't get out of worse performance mode?

a few days ago i was in arch so i clicked the button above my character's icon in order to lower lag. After a bit I logged out still with it clicked, and scince then i haven't been able to take it off.
sorry if this has already been answered, though i did check the forums..

    You'll have to go into your in-game System Settings and manually reset the graphics the way you like them.
