Status over Name?

I know about the husband and wife thing, and I know about the faction thing, but I've seen others who've had "Lvl xx mage searching for squad!". What is this status message and how does one get it? Can it be any message? Or are there presets?

    Serenata>Venomancer>Level 44>Inactive until further notice
    Avocet>Cleric>Level 25>same as above
    Descorian>Blademaster>Level 5> The love child of Destini and Escorian...but I hardly play her...b:surrender

    In the squad settings menu, there's a slogan box you can check. There's also a class/level box you can check as well if you want to show that information.

    Other boxes to check are Squad: seeking squad, or Members: seeking squad members.
