Decomposing option not showing

I have this one quest where i need to get 15 yijuan stones.
I go to the blacksmith in Archosaur, The option for decomposing isnt showing up. I asked many players in game but nobody knew the reason.
Help would be appreciated.b:cute
Also, not related but, how do u do the smiley faces in game chat?

    The options when i click on the blacksmith are purify equipment, imbue soulgem, and quest related, and i think something else maybe but i cant remember. The Option to decompose doesnt show up.

    The reason it's not showing up is because you haven't done the blacksmith weapon crafting quest yet. After you do it and are able to craft weapons, it'll show up.

    Answer to your second question about the smileys. Next to where you type your text there is a little button. If you click it then a window of smileys comes up and you can pick one. b:laugh

    RIGHT: you have to learn the skills from the person you want to decompose equipment from.
    You also have to match the equipment to the right occupation (e.g. weapons>blacksmith, etc. etc.)
    Also the higher the equipment level, you might need a lvl 2,3,...etc. skill to decompose it.
