stuck at leap quests

Im at M15 and i cannot get any quests anywhere except the elder...leap and drunken warrior..lola which is essentially laep. why arent there any other for me now?? this didnt happen before

    If you're close to leveling, might have to level to get more quests =) Did you die much?
