Manufacturing Average Shards

I am a level 59 wizard.

Does anyone have a list of the number of shards I will need to combine to make average shards.

Is it cost effective to purchase the lower shards, and combine, rather than buying them for $60,000?

It would be nice to copy paste and print. this will save me time trying to remember all the shards I will need.

u need 108 shabby shards.

the cost for making hem is like 57k while buying them is 60k.
