I just turned lvl 30 what quest do i do to get the flying mount for the veno. The one that looks like a string ray ? I just started playing when the new server opened and have no clue.b:surrender

    talk to the elder of archosaur, he's going to send you to the lost city recluse, you will need 5 dull claws to give him in exchange for the manta ray.

    though a string ray could be interesting

    yes, but for certain flying mounts u must be a certain race

    wings - elves
    manta ray - untamed
