Wats a vssver2.scc

Hello, I just downloaded game, install it and when it starts to patch it goest till Game Version 37 n stops at vssver2.scc file??!
I started patching a few times now, but still no luck it says File Download error and start again :(
I have Vista 32-bit and instaled all the latest drivers, firewall is off and iam from Europe
Please help me soo i can start to play Perfect World International

    Try using the manual patch.
