Still hear some sounds even after lowering volume?

Aikuna - Sanctuary

So I don't know if I'm missing a setting somewhere or what, but when I lower both the Music and Effect Volume in the systems settings, I still hear some sounds. Mainly I hear the footsteps when my character walks around, and sometimes an owl hooting or a bird call of some kind.

These are the only sounds I hear though, and it makes me wonder if there's a setting I'm missing somewhere to mute them.

I'd really appreciate the help if anyone knows a solution. I like to play while listening to music on iTunes, but I can't really do that with the loud sounds still playing in Perfect World. ;_;
