Then why has every single ticket I've submitted been responded to with emails saying "It's been dealt with" and "Please rate how we did"? b:pleased

I've sent a few tickets and always gotten a fast reply. A friend of mine sent a ticket and a GM showed up in the game within 5 minutes to help.b:victory
