Refining & Socket question

The +1, +2 stated behind the equipment? Is there a limit as to how many we can add?
How many sockets can we add to weapons?

Appreciate any answers. Sorry if questions asked are not made clear.

    +12 and 2 sockets for wep 4 for armor

    when you refine an object at an Elder.. there is a slot for yo uto put the orb in .

    with 1star orb you will do +1 ( if the ojet is 0 ) at all times.. +2 orb will get you +2 object ( if the object is +1) ..
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
