Attribute at lvl 40

Hi guys. I've finallly reached level 40 and I think I've messed up my stats LOL :( Right now I'm trying to get a mage build. I have 39 in Vit, 103 in Magic, 24 in Strength and 10 in Dex. Looking at the other threads I think I've overshot my Vit. I have 46 points left. Where should I put it?

    Pure Intelligence arcane build is usually 1 strength and 9 magic per 2 levels.
    some people do alternate builds, like a light armor build, 1 str 1 dex 3 mag per level, or a vitality build, which I don't know. At level 60 you need a minimum of...180? magic, in order to use the level 60 TT (twilight temple) weapon. So if you're trying to keep adding vitality or whatnot, you can always use that as a base requirement.
