just a problem

i was refining my ancient arbor it had a +8 to the stats and i was going for +9. a server error force me out to go to the main menu and re-enter game. when i got back in game on my refining aid was gone and my weapons refined stats were gone. someone help plz!!!!

    and maybe im just being impatient but what happened has really upset me that was a very costly error. atleast someone has finally replied. way to go Mod u are my hero b:victory...

    You're making a TT60 weap into a +9?

    Duuuude.. save your money. There's really no reason to go beyond +2 on a TT60 weap.. at the very most. And that's only if you're Richie Rich. +9 is insane.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.

    and further more it seems as if since there no way for me to prove by screenshot etc(i tried to take one). PWI will do nothing to correct the mistake. Up until now I had no reason to have any complaint in the game, but this is a slap in the face and I feel robbed. Maybe I'll go back to to World of Warcraft. The game maybe inferior but atleast with WoW I always got what i worked for.
