Once more I give a cry for help T_T

I used several browsers now and I still can not change my avatar to my main character.
Also I still can not send a ticket for it T_T please if a GM would be able to help me with this?

    You can't make an avatar that looks exactly like your character, just a generic one of your race and class.

    To do this, click this link and then this link to select the one you want. Then log out and log back in to see it displayed.

    I think this is because of the name that has some special characters. I think your best bet would be to ask the game's staff to rename your char, if that's possible.

    Player 2: "It's not even worth it for lower depths. What do we do?"
    Player 3: "Delete it?"
