Questions about Reset Notes

Hi all. As a pure dex archer I want to reset my magic and vitality attributes to 3(just for the extra 4 dex b:chuckle), but it says "Attribute points cannot be reduced below 5" on the reset note.

My questions is:
Is it possible to reset an attribute from 5 to 3 using a Reset Note?
