A New Hammer/Axe question

Ok, So I'm level 12 I bought my dual wield hammer at level 11, I'm looking at the Black Smith and the only update I get for Hammer / Axe would be Lvl 17 / 19

Between my lvl 11 - 17 should I just keep using my weapon or should I just update to Polearm while I wait for my new Dual Wielding weapons?? < My next update for a weapon is level 13 Polearm I think !>

    at lvl 20 you will get a polearm from your fb19 that will last you until lvl 30ish

    it's a 3 star one, 3-star items have far superior stats to 1 or 2 star items.

    Also, there are some pretty sweet quest items, Like the level 14 (i think) dual swords. Even if they're not axe, you should be able to use them (if you are keeping your dex above minimum). And they are far superior then your level 11 axe in my opinion.

    I think I used them until I got my FB 19 Spear.

    any weapon is only good for 10 lvls 3 star or not. So your good for 10 levels with the polearm then go over to your axes. :)
