A few Questions

First question has to do with PK and exp loss. I know that if you PK someone, they aren't supposed to lose any exp. However, earlier today, two of my friends were PK'd by beefums, and afterwards they told me he said something to the affect of "oh yea, exp kill" or something like that.

So, is there a way to make people lose exp by PKing them? O_o And no, they weren't fighting any mobs, so that isn't what happened.


Next question, what exactly is the limit of the friends list? I have deleted people to make room, then added someone. Came back on later and they were no longer on my friends list. This has happened to me numerous times. What's going on and what's the actual limit, if there is one?

Last question (for now), I have noticed that while playing on my venomancer that sometimes you level up at the same time as your pet (if both have enough exp). At other times, my pet and I both had enough exp to level up simul, yet only I did, then had to kill 1 more thing to level my pet. Why is that?

no you cant get exp from another player.
he was just being silly.

as for friends i dont know i dont have that many :P

but for the pet yes sometimes it levels at same time.
or alittle bit after you. but never before you.
sometimes being on a team can affect the leveling.. well it seems it does :P

If he was just being silly that'd be one thing, but how do you explain the exp loss they actually got after he killed them?

I never squad on my veno, always solo. Still don't know why my pet and I simul level and sometimes don't when my pet always has enough exp to level with me ><

Hmm yeah i dunno how exactly pets level.
its confusing but they usually end up leveling after you do
thats whats always happened with my veno.

The levle of the mobs you are fighting affects the EXP your pets Gain when fighting. Also if they are not fighting with you they don't get as much of their EXP as they would.

So like if you level up on a Mob that is below your Pets Level, its going to not level him up right away.


They are on a different EXP Scale, its very ... hard to calculate really.

Pets cant lvl up if they are already same lvl with you.

So after you get a lvl,pet lvls on next mob if it has enough exp.

Yea I've never heard of anyone lossing exp from being PK'd before now. But my friends swear that after beefums PK'd them, they went to town and lost 1.5% =/

Well when you think about it... beefums is just that god damn sexy...

It might just have happened.

if beefum hit your friend to 1hp and mob got last hit they'll lose xp simple as that

Like I said in my first post, they weren't fighting any mobs. They had just left sz when he killed them. No mobs around.

I would have laughed it there was a guard right next to him as he chased them.
