Client's messed up?

DragonBain - Lost City

On Friday the 27th of feb 2009
PWI started bugging out
there was loads of lag whenever i used the game
it took ages just to log in and i couldnt go more than 5 steps without lagging out
so i decided to reinstall the game
i downloaded the clieent again 2 get the latest 1 and when i tried 2 install it
it said i had 2 verify 2 c if it wasnt corrupted, i did that but it kept saying some data packs were broken or something
so i redownloaded the game a few times either with that same result or when i skipped the verify it stopped in the middle of installation
any1 know what i can do to fix this?
i'm gonna try this again twice more than i'm just gonna request 4 a free cd
unless some1 gives me some advice that works

actually i'm not gonna pay 4 shipping and handling so i'll just wait a few weeks try and try again
if that doesnt work
o well i guess i'm not playing this game anymore lol
o it keeps saying data pack 4 is broken and that i have 2 redownload it
i've done that plenty of times
maybe the original is corrupted or something
either that or my internet is bugging out
