sockets

ok so i decided to socket my first piece of armor . i bought the little socket things

i needed 4 to make a socket. . so i bought 4 .. .

then i made a socket . . . was like ok cool . .

so i put a so i put a shard/gem w/e they are in the socket . . and it worked . .

now i wanna make another socket but i was wondering if it has a chance of failing? and if it can fail . . do i lose my armor?
