How well would PWI run with these specs?

Hello all. =) I've been looking through new computers that I could buy to upgrade my seven year old one, and I've found one with the following specs, and I was wondering how well it would run games such as PWI - I am hoping for medium-max graphics.

Processor Type - AMD Athlon X2 5050e Dual-Core Processor
Processor Speed -2.60GHz
RAM 4GB PC2-6400 DDR2- SDRAM
Hard Drive Speed/Capacity - 320GB 7200RPM SATA
Optical Drives - SuperMulti DVD Burner With LightScribe
Graphics - ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
Pre-loaded Operating System - Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit w/ SP1

What I am worried about is the graphics card - I am more knowledgeable in nVidia cards, so Radeon is pretty new to me. Can anyone tell me if this card is good enough to support the graphics well?

Thank you.

Well... I have no experience with this exact GPU either, but I did some googling and according to these benchmarks:
    http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Radeon-HD-3200.9591.0.html

I think you're looking at good performance with upper medium to high details in resolutions around 1280x1024 or a bit higher.

To be honest, Perfect World is pretty well optimised game - my friend plays it on a notebook with Intel GMA4xx (can't remember exactly) and he can play very well in his notebooks native resolution, in low details, but still with visual range set to maximum.

Could you please post the results after you try it on this configuration?

That resolution is perfect, seeing as that is the resolution of my screen. =)
Thank you for the link; I checked it out and the card does look pretty good. I'll be sure to post the results as you asked as soon as possible, unless somehow I end up getting something else.

Like mentioned in your other thread I think that machine is pretty good. Googled a bit too and people seem to think that GPU is pretty good considering it's integrated.
Other than that this machine should last a good while, and even if you ever want to play graphically more intense games you can buy a new graphics card and just disable the integrated one from Bios.
Still I wouldn't pay lots of money for that computer. If your parents think it's a bargain price then go for it but if they're hesitating because of the price then I'd say it might be a bit overpriced.

They seem to be just fine with the price so far. =) Thankfully.
As for Vista, would PWI run on there, or will there be some problems? As you mentioned I have noticed that some people have troubles running PWI on Vista, and I'm just worried that I buy this new computer and PWI fails on it. Would the problems that may happen be resolved, or are there some that don't have a solution to make it work?

May I ask what is the price of that setup? Just out of curiosity about the current prices around the world :)
