Dull Claw drops, what's going on?

I went to the usual npcs for the dull claw drops and they didn't drop (talking about 50 tries.) Okay, but there seems to be something going on as AH and Cat Shop prices have become insane. Did the loot tables get messed up, or is there a bug?

    Dull claw is the rarest drop for the dq31, and also required to learn how to fly. Since at lvl 30+ it is very hard to get from normal drops (unless you can fly, or wait till lvl38).

    Try to wisper me ingame if you still need some. I always kept my dull claws to help friends out when they were short on them, and couldn't learn to fly. I won't give them for free, but as long as it's 100 coins over the NPC price, you can buy them from me. I can't really say when I'm online, because that changes every day, sorry. You can also mail me the number you need, with the coins corresponding to the npc price+100, and I'll send them to you within 24h. (I understand if you think that's to risky)

    Try to wisper: Tawarwaith or Male_veno.

    PS to anyone other than the poster: I won't have enough for everybody, so I wouldn't like having an enormous amount of mail asking for dull claws.
