b:victoryI Could Make a Manga using My Chars Name And My Guilds Name(IM The leader Of Damnation,from Sanctuary) but i have the story and all but idk i yust wondeiring if i need permision to use the Perfect World Name? And Does Any1 Knows What Programs Some1 Could Recomend?! b:surrender Plz GMs reply to this or something or someone with ideas :) *Note*Ill Only Use My Friends Cahrs And My Guilds name Ppl b:surrender *

    1) This isn't a suggestion, and they even have The Fanatics Forum for fan fics and stuff.

    2) As per #1, they are very ok with fan fics. Do not, under any circumstance, try to sell your manga. Bad mojo there. If you do it for fun, you are ok. I am not a GM or official of PWE, but I've communicated with the PWE Press department on a few occasions, and they're pretty cool with it (but *don't* do anything commercial with it, just do it because you are a fan).

    3) What programs to recommened? Like just an illustrator platform (GIMP is free, I prefer photoshop)? Or a full fledged storyboarding platform (in which case I have no idea)?

    If you have permission from the people you'll involve in your manga, that's fine. But like the previous poster said, don't sell it unless you have proper permission from the PWE staff.
