NPCs just disappear

This problem appeared for first time about 4-5 days ago. While I was checking the shops in west archo NPCs just disappeared. I noticed that it's getting worse cause today while I was doing my WQ this thing happened 3 times and it is really very frustrating. b:cry I cannot look in cat shops, I cannot talk to any NPC (if it is not disappeared), I cannot even stоw my pet. It is VERY annoying.
What's the solution of this problem.
My people, some of them have run away to the hills
and have no shelter. No food, no one knows where they are,
hear me my chiefs, I am tired. My heart is sick and sad,
I will fight no more....
