NPC lost O.o

why the Tournament Agent is no more in the servers? i was waiting for him...but it isnt in any city,and in pwi database say ,that npc have coords : 0 0 ( 0 ) then is deleted from the game of what? =s

    He was taken out of the game during the last patch.
