What is Cure for Love (item)?

When i finished a lvl 69 culti quest "Toxic Tear" and turned it in it gave me 1 Cure for Love.

When I dismissed my squad after a zhen party three hours later it said "1 Cure for Love Dissappeared"

WTF?

im thinkgin your inventory was full and your quest got stuck. did u perhaps sell some loot after ur zhen and as soon as u had 2-3 slots free the quest items sunndely appeared and the cure thing vanished?
