auto patcher not working

the automatic updater hasnt worked for me since i started playing PWI.
not really a big issue for me since i stumbled across the forum post that has links to download the patches, and i just download from the PWI server and open it, but having to go to that part of the forum and doing it that way kinda makes an auto updater seem pointless lol, so it'd be nice if it could start working for me
i'm pro all classes, and against none in particular..
but the age old QQ about venos is just that. OLD.
QQ'd about a nix lately? check out this thread n tell me who's "OP" lol..

    For some reason, .05-.09 percent-ish of our player base can't auto-patch no matter what PWE tries to change with the auto-patcher.

    Network connections and a variety of other reasons can be why this occurs.

    So, PWE works to have manual patches available on our main website, and us Mods and Admins/PWE staff work to have the Tech Support Zone forums have relevant info for user to be able to use and get in game successfully.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
