Ok this is really getting annoying >,> every time I go on the forums say for example I’m in B]Perfect World International Forum[/B and I decide to click on my B]Avatar[/B to change it or any other post's it takes 5 minutes well I don't know precise how long it does but the website "Latency's" seriously is there any possible way from HTML into CSS, it's a lot more equivalent and faster.
