Whats the best way to get exp?

Is pure grinding good, or some grinding and some quests, or just do quests all the time. I'm just wondering this because grinding seems to take much longer than doing quests, though some quests suck and they give little exp.

You should be able to nothing but quests until about lvl 40-ish(some very minor grinding 30-40). After that there will be some grinding but still mostly quests until 50-ish. After 50 the need for grinding increases at a growing rate. 60+ you are looking at maybe 20-30% from quests per level, decreasing as you get higher and higher. However, there are a lot of opportunities for exp "outside the box". 70+ you can do a World Quest for 100k, the cube can be a great source of exp (350k@70-80) although it can be very costly depending on luck. You can grab Justice Quests and double them up with One-man Army for decent exp/rep with a short-term goal instead of just mindless grinding. Crazy Stone should be your #1 priority every day, it's easy and cheap. If you have a lot of extra money you can buy Scroll, Wanted, or other quest giving items and do them.

My suggestion at the levels when grinding becomes necessary: Do any new soloable quests you have, then grind until you can't stand it any more. Use the money you get from grinding drops and try out some of the other methods, like the cube.

Generally yes, the quests can sometimes seem like they're not a lot of exp, but most of the quests require killing something close to your level. In effect, you're grinding on a specific mob that will result in a lump-sum reward (i.e. quest reward).

The need for grinding in the lower levels will vary according to how you did your quests. If you partied with some higher levels to finish the quests, then your exp is almost exclusively from quests and you will be short some % to level.

If you solo, or party with similar level players, then your exp will come from grinding those quests, and the quest rewards. This should be more than enough to level.

i would say fastest way to level is questing+teleporting(porting is waste of money, but will take you to npcs much faster) or nonstop grinding at flying monsters or monsters under water(they give more exp)
