New Guild for Harshlands Server

This is open to anyone who's smart enough to actually read this because they realize that teamwork will become the most valuable asset to the many fledgling guilds that seek to carve out a living in the new server. I am a buyer, financially I can support my clan, I am a 19 year old English / Philosophy Specialist living on the EST Coast. Furthermore I will be honest, I have only recently started playing this game 2 weeks ago, but I already have a 43 lvl archer, and big dreams.
Looking at the current PVP server its clear that there is already substantial amounts of very strong and very established factions, anyone who's ever wanted to make anything on their own now has a chance to do so in the Harshlands.
The new currency in the HL is not coin, it's not zhen, its not mats, its respectability and knowledge. There is no amount of any of the latter that will solidify you any position of power. This being said, we as a faction must focus on teamwork.
The game will start from nil. There will be nothing to buy from auctions to increase leveling times, there will be no higher level characters to help you level. So what I offer now is phase one of my plan.
Phase 1:
Unlike other guilds moving over to HL, I believe it is imperative to have Every Single Class in the faction to play their central roles. Barbs have to tank, Clerics need to heal, BM's need to suport, Mages and Archers need to nuke. This being said, untill lvl 20, each race will have to level on their own in their home cities. How can we insure that our faction rises ahead of everyone else? ORGANIZATION.
Assuming we have 1-2 weeks to work this out, depending on the responses I recieve to this thread, I would like to establish a few city leaders in each city to facilitate the growth of members to lvl 20 where they can then move onto Arch and level with the full commune. Lets face it: FB's won't be easy at 20
By appointing leaders in every city, parties will be easier to attract, quests should be easier to finish. I myself got my mage to level 21 in 2 days, I'm not sure if thats much of a feat, but I took breaks. What I mean to say is, whoever can level the fastest will reap the most rewards. But whoever levels the fastest will only be able to do so in a group.
I do not have much in-game experience as other people, but I am a natural leader, its what I'm good at. I have spent many hours flying between cities reading and re-reading forum guides. I get people together, and I direct the ship. I will cover the guild upgrade costs no matter how many members would like to join.
I do not know enough people to do this on my own, consequently I am here. I am an active player, I have a life, and I know an oppertunity when I see one. I believe that everyone should be heard no matter their level, but at the same time some things will be valued above all else: Respect, Teamwork and Knowledge.
I am willing to work for you as a leader, these are the things I offer if you so choose to join me. PM me here on the boards, and I will begin organization at the first sign of response. If any of you want to talk, I'm all eyes and fingers.
If or when you PM me please include the following information:
1) Current Server
2) Highest Level Character
3) Amount of Game Experience (1-2 sentences ex. TW, Light PVP, Zhenning)
4) What you intend to make in the new server
5) Any ideas you wish to contribute
If for some reason you've read this far and you have no intention on joining, I apologize for wasting your life.
